Natures Wrath

On a camping trip in Alberta, Canada, I encountered this severe thunderstorm. This storm was fierce, with its heavy wind gusts shrieking across the lake, its tennis ball sized hail, and constant lightning and thunder. It was an intense encounter with mother nature, and one of the most beautiful, dynamic, and frightening storms I have witnessed. This storm carried the threat of tornadic activity, as is not uncommon with Alberta storms, but as it departed it presented me with a beautiful sunset, in the calm after the storm.
