Pathways to the Clouds

Skaros Rock, on the Caldera Cliffs in Santorini, Greece. Herein lies the story of an empowering hike, on the day I hiked over 100 floors of stairs on the cliffs of the Aegean Sea. I ascended Skaros rock in high winds, watching a storm come in over the sea. In these moments, it was only me, my camera, and the hypnotic views of the sea. In Santorini, it seems like there is no end to the sea, and you can see forever in any direction, imagining what is over the horizon. On this day I sat on the summit of Skaros Rock, watching the sun end another day of adventure. I could hear only the sound of the wind, as I sat on the summit, and dreamed of my next solo adventure.
